Protein for Breakfast.

They say that those who can’t do, write. And so we have Spencer Ackerman, who inhaled a Five Guy’s burger for breakfast, telling us to turn to protein for our daybreak nutrition. Speaking from a place of moral supriority, he’s…right!

I was hungry this morning. More so than normal. I warmed some oil in a pan. Added a heaping tablespoon of Chinese chili garlic paste. Let that pop off its first sizzle. Diced half a red onion and cut up three cloves of garlic.  Added them on medium heat. Cooked six or seven minutes, till they were soft and coated in chili. Added three beaten eggs. Cooked on medium low, stirring constantly, for four more minutes. Delicious. I ate lunch, but if I hadn’t had a meeting, I’m not sure I would’ve even needed it.
