I didn’t really think this ever happened, but apparently when you call dieticians to discuss “CIA programs” — I just filed a piece about the caloric requirements used for dietary manipulation in the Bush-era CIA “enhanced interrogation” regimen — they’re not crazy to think you’re talking about the Culinary Institute of America.

I’m not a dietician, but when I saw “dietician” and “CIA”, I immediately thought of the Culinary Institute of America.
My husband and I ate at the one in Napa maybe 10 years ago, and we still talk about the food we had. (OMG, avocado/tomatillo soup!)
