A quick take on Ris

The martinis were bad, the appetizers were good, the entrees were passable, the deserts were terrific. I’d recommend the sardines and the French onion soup. The lamb is popular, and it’s wonderfully tender, but it was just a giant shank without much in the way of seasoning. It would’ve been better if the pomegranate seeds strewn about were replaced with a light pomegranate sauce of some sort. Someone else at my table had the rockfish, and that was really good. The butterscotch pudding was the best butterscotch pudding I’ve ever tasted.
